- The Interior Display Unit (IDU) is connected to power and has the data cable plugged in.
- Your smartphone or tablet has Bluetooth turned on.

Steps:
- Open the RV Halo app.
- Sign in or create an account if you haven't already.
- Accept any permissions when prompted.
- If not prompted to add a device:
- Tap the "+" sign in the upper right corner.
