The RV Halo app makes it convenient to purchase and activate your FreedomGO data plans directly from your mobile device. Follow these steps to get connected:

Prerequisites

• You have the RV Halo app installed on your smartphone or tablet.
• Your Winegard connectivity device (Gateway, Gateway Pro, etc.) is powered on and connected to the internet.

Steps

1. Open the RV Halo app and log in to your account if prompted.
2. Tap on your device from the list of devices.
3. Tap the "Add Data" option.
   • If you don't see the "Add Data" option, ensure your device is connected to the Winegard wireless network and has an active internet connection.
4. Browse the available data plans and select the one that best suits your needs.
5. Tap the "Buy" button for your chosen plan.
6. Enter a shipping address. Though no physical product is shipped, this is required for processing the order. You can add a new address or use an existing one.
7. Review the recurring payment option (if applicable) and enable it if you wish to automatically renew your data plan when it expires.
8. Tap the "Pay" button to complete your purchase.
9. Wait for the confirmation message. Once you receive it, you can close the window and return to the app.

Important Notes

• Ensure your device's "Internet Source" is set to "Cellular" to use the newly purchased data plan.
• If you encounter any issues purchasing or activating your data plan submit a Support Ticket.
