You can easily cancel your Auto-Renew subscription directly through the RV Halo app or website:
Canceling via the RV Halo app
Android:
Tap the three dashes in the upper left corner.
Tap 'Account & App'.
Tap 'Device Data Plans'.
Tap the device with the registered data plan (most users will only see one).
Tap 'Cancel Data Plan'.
Tap 'Yes,Cancel' to confirm.
iOS:
Tap the gear in the upper right corner.
Tap 'Account & App'.
Tap 'Device Data Plans'.
Tap the device with the registered data plan (most users will only see one).
Tap 'Cancel Data Plan'.
Tap 'Yes,Cancel' to confirm.
Canceling via RVHalo.com
Log in to RVHalo.com.
Select the 'Account' option on the right.
Tap 'Data Plans'.
Select the device with the data plan.
Click 'Cancel'.
Click 'Yes,Cancel' to confirm the cancellation of recurring payments.
