There are a couple of ways you can see how much Winegard FreedomGO data you have used, but please note that currently only FreedomGO Blue (AT&T) and FreedomGO Magenta (T-Mobile) usage can be tracked. FreedomGO Red (Verizon) usage is not yet available through our software. You can submit a Support Ticket to our Customer Support group to obtain your usage information.
- RV Halo App:
- This is the most convenient method for checking Blue and Magenta usage.
- Open the app and tap on your device.
- You should see information about your current data plan, including the amount of data used and remaining.
- RV Halo Customer Portal (RVhalo.com):
- Log into your account on RVhalo.com.
- Navigate to the section that manages your data plans.
- You should find details about your Blue and Magenta data usage there.
Important Notes:
- The data usage information may not update in real-time, so there could be a slight delay in seeing the most recent usage.
- If you are having trouble finding the information or the numbers don't seem accurate, submit a Support Ticket to Winegard customer support for assistance.
- Remember, FreedomGO Red (Verizon) usage tracking is not currently supported.
