Cancellation Options:

• Through the RV Halo App:

  1. Open the RV Halo App.
  2. Tap 'Account & App'.
  3. Tap 'Manage Membership'.
  4. Tap 'Manage Membership' again, then 'End Membership'.

• Through RVHalo.com:

  1. Log in to your account at RVhalo.com.
  2. Select 'Account' from the sidebar.
  3. Select 'Membership'.
  4. Select 'Manage Membership'.
  5. Select 'End Membership'.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

• 72-Hour Trial Period: You can cancel within the trial period for a 100% refund (excluding data plans). To request a refund, cancel your membership first, then email help@winegard.com or submit a ticket online.
• Anytime Cancellation: Cancel anytime using the mobile app or on RVHalo.com.
• Access Until Billing Period Ends: If you cancel before the end of your billing period, you can continue using RV Halo Pro until it expires.
• No Further Charges: You won't be charged again unless you reactivate your account.
• Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription anytime.
• Non-Refundable After Trial: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the trial period if rewards or discounts have been collected or applied to other purchases.
  
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
• Prorated Refunds for Extended Subscriptions: Refunds for extended subscriptions (e.g., annual) will be prorated based on the monthly cost, deducting any discounts received. To request a refund, cancel your membership first, then submit a support ticket.
