How to Return a Product - Winegard Return Policy

How do I return a product I purchased?

To initiate a return for a product purchased from Winegard, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Submit a ticket to our Customer Support group to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for the return.
Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, if possible, along with all included accessories and documentation.
Include RMA Number: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Product: Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product. 

Important Notes:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within two weeks. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Customers may opt to receive a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
