The Winegard RV Halo app allows you to manage your Winegard connected devices, but sometimes you may need to remove a device from the app. This could be because you've sold or replaced a device, or you simply want to declutter your app.

Here's how to delete devices from your Winegard RV Halo app:

1. Open the RV Halo app on your smartphone or tablet.

2. Select the device you want to delete from the list on your dashboard.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the device panel.
   

4. Tap "Delete Device."

5. Confirm the deletion by selecting "REMOVE."

Important Notes:

• Device Ownership: Once you delete a device, it is no longer linked to your account and can be registered to a new account. If you are selling or giving away the device, make sure to delete it from your app first.
• Troubleshooting: If you are having trouble deleting a device, ensure you have a stable internet connection and try logging out and back into the app.
