This article provides instructions on how to delete your RV Halo account. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your data and cannot be undone. Make sure you have backed up any information you wish to keep before proceeding.

Important Considerations Before Deleting:

• Data Loss: Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all data associated with it, including trip history, vehicle information, saved locations, and any other preferences you have set.
• Subscription Cancellation: Deleting your account will cancel any active RV Halo Pro subscriptions and data plan recurring payments.
• Account Recovery: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use RV Halo services again in the future.

Steps to Delete Your RV Halo Account:

You can delete your RV Halo account directly within the app or on the RV Halo website.

1. Open the RV Halo App or Visit the Website (and Login if Necessary): Launch the RV Halo app on your mobile device or navigate to rvhalo.com in your web browser. Login to your RV Halo account if you are not already logged in.

2. Access Your Account Settings:

   • App: Look for a menu icon (often three lines or a gear icon) and tap it. Then, find and select "Account & App."
     
   • Website: Look for a user icon or your name in the top right corner of the website. Click on it. Then, select "Account" from the side panel.

3. Locate the Delete Account Option: Within the Account section, scroll down or look for an option labeled "Delete Account."

4. Confirm Account Deletion: Select the "Delete Account" option. You may be asked to confirm your decision.

5. Confirmation: After confirming, your RV Halo account will be deleted. You may receive a confirmation message or email.
