I can't login to my account, tried resetting my password but have not received the email.

• I tried resetting my password but it says my account doesn't exist, tried creating a new account and says the email is already in use, what do I do?

  Please submit a Support Ticket to Winegard Customer Support with the email address you are using to try and access the account.

• I have not received the confirmation email for my new account

  If you have not received the confirmation email please check your junk or spam folder. If you are unable to locate the email, submit a Support Ticket to Winegard Customer Support for assistance.

• I tried logging in but it says my account does not exist, I know I have an account as I have purchased online in the past

  Winegard Dealer accounts have separate login pages than Consumer accounts. On the website scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the Login link under the dealer heading. Direct link provided for convenience.

• I'm logged into my account but there are no orders showing up

  The most likely cause of this problem is the account being created after the order was placed. Please submit a ticket with your account information and we can link any previous orders to your account.

• I submitted an account application but have not heard back

  Applications can take up to 48 hours to process, if it as been longer submit ticket.
