Duplicate Charges on Online Order - Winegard

I ordered online, but my credit card has been charged more than once for my purchase. What's going on?

If you see duplicate charges after placing an order, it's likely due to a pre-authorization hold. This is a temporary hold to ensure sufficient funds are available. It should be removed once the full charge goes through, which can take up to 2 business days.

If the duplicate charge remains after 2 business days: Contact your card provider to remove the pre-authorization hold.
If you accidentally placed multiple orders: You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on how to proceed.
