How to Get Your Tracking Number - Winegard

I ordered online, how do I get my tracking number?

There are a couple of ways to access your tracking number, depending on how you placed your order:
If you logged in or created an account during checkout:
Go to the "Orders" page on our website.
Locate the order you want to track and click on its order number.
Your tracking number should be displayed on the order details page.
If you used guest checkout:
Please email us at help@winegard.com we'll be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
Additionally:
Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.
