I ordered online, what is your extended holiday return policy?
We understand that gift-giving can be tricky! That's why we offer an extended return policy during the holiday season.
Eligibility: Any gifts purchased from November 22nd through December 23rd are eligible for our extended return policy.
Return Window: You can return these gifts for any reason until January 31st of the following year.
Refund: Your refund will include the full purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes.
Please note that our standard 30-day return policy still applies to purchases made outside of the holiday gift-giving period.
