The most likely cause of this problem is the account being created after the order was placed. Please submit a ticket with your account information and we can link any previous orders to your account.
Winegard Dealer accounts have separate login pages than Consumer accounts. On the website scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the Login link under the dealer heading. Direct link provided for convenience.
