I've purchased data previously but I can't find the right place to purchase more

Data plan purchases have been done through two web portals. The RV Halo portal is the newer and recommended way to purchase data. If you have been purchasing data since before June of 2023 you would have purchased through our portal at shop.winegard.com. While you can still purchase through that portal we do recommend utilizing the RV Halo as it will be easier for you to track and manage your data plan.

Winegard Dealer accounts have separate login pages than Consumer accounts. On the website scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the Login link under the dealer heading. Direct link provided for convenience.

The most likely cause of this problem is the account being created after the order was placed. Please submit a ticket with your account information and we can link any previous orders to your account.
