Disabling Recurring Payments via the RV Halo App

  1. Access the Menu:

    • Android: Tap the three dashes in the upper left corner.
    • iOS: Tap the gear in the upper right, then tap "Account & App."

  2. Navigate to Data Plans: Tap "Account & App," then "Device Data Plans."

  3. Select the Device: Tap the device associated with the data plan you want to cancel. (Most users will only see one device.)

  4. Cancel the Plan: Tap "Cancel Data Plan," then confirm by tapping "Yes, Cancel."

    • You can delete the original payment method after adding a new payment method.
