RV Halo offers convenient recurring payments for your data plans, ensuring you always stay connected. If you need to disable these automatic payments, follow these simple steps to disable recurring payments for RV Halo data plans through either the RV Halo app or the RVHalo.com website:

Disabling Recurring Payments via the RV Halo App

  1. Access the Menu:

    • Android: Tap the three dashes in the upper left corner.
    • iOS: Tap the gear in the upper right, then tap "Account & App."

  2. Navigate to Data Plans: Tap "Account & App," then "Device Data Plans."

  3. Select the Device: Tap the device associated with the data plan you want to cancel. (Most users will only see one device.)

  4. Cancel the Plan: Tap "Cancel Data Plan," then confirm by tapping "Yes, Cancel."

Disabling Recurring Payments via the RV Halo Website (RVHalo.com)

  1. Log in: Log in to your account on RVHalo.com and select the "Account" option on the right.

  2. Go to Data Plans: Select "Data Plans."

  3. Choose the Device: Select the device linked to the data plan you wish to cancel.

  4. Initiate Cancellation: Click "Cancel."

  5. Confirm Cancellation: Click "Yes, Cancel" to confirm the cancellation of recurring payments.

Important Notes:

  • Cancel Option Not Available: If the cancel option is not available then your plan does not have Recurring Payments turned on.
  • Timing: It's advisable to disable recurring payments at least a few days before your next billing cycle to avoid any unwanted charges.
  • Plan Expiration: Disabling recurring payments doesn't cancel your current plan. It simply stops future automatic renewals. Your current plan will remain active until its expiration date.
  • Alternative Payment Methods: If you want to continue using the data plan but prefer a different payment method, you can add a new payment in the Wallet section. 
    • You can delete the original payment method after adding a new payment method.
