What is a POP (Proof of Purchase)? - Winegard

What is a POP?

POP stands for Proof of Purchase. It's a document that verifies you purchased a product from an authorized seller.
When you might need it: You may be asked to provide a POP when making a warranty claim or seeking support for your product. This helps us confirm that your product is eligible for warranty coverage.
What constitutes a valid POP:
Dated: The receipt should clearly show the date of purchase.
Itemized: It should list the specific product(s) you purchased.
Examples of valid POPs:
Original sales receipt
Order confirmation email with item details
RV bill of sale with list of installed items
RV Dealer work orders with item details
Please ensure you keep your POP in a safe place in case you need it in the future.
