What is the warranty for the replacement product?
The warranty for a replacement product is determined as follows:
It will be covered for the remaining duration of the original product's warranty period.
OR, it will be covered for thirty (30) days.
Whichever of these two periods is longer will apply.
Additionally, any additional warranty period applicable in your jurisdiction will also be honored.
In simpler terms, the replacement product's warranty is at least 30 days, but could be longer if the original product's warranty had more time remaining or if your local laws mandate a longer warranty period.
