WiFiRanger: Forgetting a Wi-Fi Network

If you need to remove a saved Wi-Fi network from your WiFiRanger's memory (e.g., due to a password change or incorrect entry), follow these steps:

  1. Connect: Ensure your computer or device is connected to the WiFiRanger network.
  2. Open Browser: Launch your preferred web browser.
  3. Access Control Panel: Enter mywifiranger.com in the address bar and wait for the Control Panel to load.
  4. Go to Wi-Fi Tab: Click on the "WiFi" tab within the Control Panel.
  5. Locate Network Key Section: Find the "Network Key" section on the Wi-Fi tab.
  6. Identify Network: Look for the network you want to remove from the list.
  7. Forget Network: Click the red "X" button at the end of the row corresponding to the network you want to forget.
  8. Reconnect: Go back to the "Main" tab and attempt to connect to the network you just removed.
  9. Enter Password: You will be prompted to enter the password for the network. Ensure you enter the correct password this time.
  10. Verify Connection: Once connected, the network should now be listed on the "WiFi" tab with the correct password stored, and the connection should function properly.
