Log files are detailed records of events and activities that happen within your Winegard router. They can be very useful for Winegard Customer Support to troubleshooting problems. Here's how to capture a log file from your Winegard router:
Connect to Winegard SSID: Ensure your device (computer, smartphone, etc.) is connected to the Wi-Fi network broadcasted by your Winegard router. This network name (SSID) is usually something like "Winegard####" or a custom name you've set.
Open Web Browser: Launch your preferred web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
