Winegard Trav'ler Pro - How to Stow the Antenna

The Winegard Trav'ler Pro satellite antenna can be stowed using the following methods: 

Method 1: Using the Winegard RV Halo App 

  1. Open the Winegard RV Halo app on your paired smartphone or tablet. 

  1. Select the Trav'ler Pro device from the list of connected devices within the app. 

  1. Locate and tap the "Stow" button. 

  1. Confirm the action by tapping "Stow" again in the confirmation prompt. 

Method 2: Using the IDU (Interface Display Unit) 

  1. Locate the IDU, which is typically mounted inside your RV. 

  1. Press and hold the "Stow" button on the IDU. The antenna will begin the automatic stowing process. 

Important Notes: 

  • Ensure the area around the antenna is clear of obstructions before stowing. 

  • Always stow the antenna before traveling to prevent damage.
