Returned Product Without RMA - Winegard

I returned a defective product to Winegard for a replacement/refund under the warranty, but I did not get a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA)

We understand your concern. While we will do our best to locate your returned item and generate an RMA# for it, please be aware that Winegard is not responsible for product returns without an RMA#.
An RMA# is crucial as it ensures your product is:
Delivered to the correct Winegard department
Properly processed for either a replacement or a refund
Therefore, we strongly urge you to avoid returning any product(s) to Winegard without an RMA#.
